WHO WE ARE

For the past 39 years The Don Royale Company has been a customer service oriented company. We specialize in the management of apartment buildings, big or small. We do manage single family homes also.

Don Royale began managing property in the mid 60's. He became a Certified Property Manager in 1967 and then started his own company in 1972. Don has been involved with different organizations such as Institute of Real Estate Management, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Apartment Association of Greater LA, and Glendale Chamber of Commerce. During the 1980's he was involved with syndicating properties. Because the market has changed so much since then, he has returned to managing. Don's staff has been with him since 1978.
