A:  9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.   /   Someone is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
   
Q:  Where are the properties located that you manage?
A: We manage properties from Santa Barbara to Sierra Madre and in between, Glendale, Hollywood and Los Angeles.
   
Q: Do you screen prospective tenants?
A: Definitely, run checks through 2 credit bureaus, verify employment and verify current residency.
   
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Thirty-nine years
   
Q: Do you manage single family homes?
A: Yes
   

Tenants
Q:  Do I sign a term lease or month to month agreement?
A:  The majority of our rentals are term leases, usually one year.
   
Q:  What is the amount of the deposit?
A:  It varies from property to property please see our property list
   
Q: What utilities are included?
A: This varies, some buildings include water and gas,
other buildings just water.
   
Q: How do I qualify?
A: You complete an application from the application page and
send $25.00 for the credit/background check fee
